1. Payments
1.1 Retainer:
A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your wedding date. This retainer will be deducted from your final balance.
1.2 Final Payment:
The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than two weeks prior to the wedding date. Megan does not accept payments on the day or cash payments for weddings.
1.3 Refunds:
Megan operates a no refund policy. In the unlikely event Megan is unable to provide services, a full refund will be issued for payments made. Megan is committed to fulfilling all bookings and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.
1.4 Additional Charges:
If any changes occur after the initial booking — including additional services, changes in location, parking fees, or extra support — Megan reserves the right to revise your final quote to reflect these adjustments to ensure seamless service delivery.
1.5 Accommodation:
For bookings requiring travel exceeding two hours from Surrey, additional accommodation charges may apply. If unforeseen accommodation becomes necessary, you will be notified and asked to cover the associated costs.
2. On The Day
2.1 Timings:
Punctuality is critical to ensure all services are completed within the agreed schedule. Delays caused by clients or the bridal party may lead to reduced or incomplete services without refund. Megan reserves the right to adjust services accordingly if lateness impacts other clients or the timeline.
2.2 Professional Kit & Product Use:
Megan’s kit is reserved exclusively for booked clients. Please ensure unbooked individuals are aware that products such as lashes, lip colours, and setting spray will not be shared outside of the booking.
2.3 Additional Requests & Location Changes:
Any changes to getting-ready locations or multiple venue movements may incur additional fees. Please notify Megan as early as possible to facilitate smooth scheduling.
2.4 Health & Safety:
If you or anyone in your bridal party is experiencing contagious illness following up to the day, please inform Megan immediately to discuss alternative options. Megan follows strict hygiene protocols. Megan cannot be held liable for allergic reactions or sensitivities.
3. Cancellations & Changes
3.1 Cancellation Policy:
Megan understands unforeseen circumstances happen and will strive to accommodate clients where possible. Due to the impact on scheduling and income, cancellation fees apply as follows:
• £80 administration fee for all cancellations.
• 50% of the total fee if cancellation occurs within three months of the wedding date.
• 100% of the total fee if cancellation occurs within six weeks of the wedding date.
3.2 Changes to Booking:
Cancellations or reductions in booking size, including changes in bridal party numbers or stylistic preferences, remain subject to the full cancellation policy in section 3.1. Due to a minimum booking fee, party sizes may not be reduced without full payment being required. Megan reserves the right to pursue unpaid balances through legal channels if cancellation terms are not met.

By paying a retainer and confirming your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
